First Visit
We’re always happy to welcome new patients to our family practice. To save you some time at your first appointment, we invite you to download our patient intake forms and fill them out in advance. With your consent we will also acquire copies of your dental records, including x-rays and charts, to provide you with the most thorough level of care.
To prepare for your first visit to Westowne Dental, we ask new patients to:
- Arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment time
- Bring your dental benefits information
- Be ready to provide information such as allergies and current medications
Payment Policy
For your convenience, Westowne Dental accepts debit and all major credit cards including American Express. We also offer no-interest personalized payment plans for treatments.
Insurance
Westowne Dental does not offer third-party payment. Patients pay upfront for services and dental claims are submitted electronically.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change and emergencies happen. In the event that you need to cancel a scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you provide 2 business days’ notice of cancellation by telephone. This allows us to continue offering dedicated appointment times that fit your busy life.
